About Us

The owners of Gemini Properties and Relocations have been consultants, contractors and freelancers for over 20 years. They have worked primarily with businesses within the blue chip banking sector and the fashion and clothing  industry.


They also have in excess of 20 years experience of owning, managing and developing both commercial and retail property in the UK and abroad.



Within the finance sector, they are experienced in project management and new process and system design for mortgage, credit card and digital banking systems together with re-organising the operating models of large financial institutions.



The fashion and clothing sector experience since 1996 has been in the design and manufacture of new fast moving clothing lines for many of the top UK high street retailers.


As contractors, consultants and freelancers they have travelled and worked across the UK, Europe and Asia for both short and long term contracts and business visits. In that time they have extensively used large hotel chains, B&B and serviced accommodation to stay in. This has provided them with a wealth of experience of what service the seasoned and new traveller expects from their accommodation, whatever length of stay they are looking for.



They have found by far the best overall stays were within the serviced apartment sector, due to their cost, flexibility and convenience.



It is their goal to ensure that their guests also have the same experience and will want to stay again and again in the accommodation Gemini offers and also want those guests to refer them on to other clients.


Gemini is a national relocation company that specialises in sourcing accommodation for business travellers, contractors, professionals, consultants and interim placements.



Gemini have built extensive relationships with Lettings Agents, Estate Agents and property networks throughout the UK and are able to provide properties nationwide from single rooms, to flats, to shared houses.
